Iran denied on Wednesday that it constituted a threat to Saudi Arabia after the Wall Street Journal reported that Riyadh had shared data with the United States warning of an impending Iranian strike on targets in the kingdom.
Nasser Kanaani, a spokesman for Iran’s foreign ministry, did not name the Wall Street Journal but claimed that “baseless accusations” had been made about an Iranian threat to Saudi Arabia in Western media.
