In their divorce settlement, Kanye West gave Kim Kardashian the $4.5 million mansion he purchased next door to her own property.
The 3,650 square foot, five-bedroom house will now be owned by Kim, who will also be liable for all maintenance costs, according to the divorce agreement obtained by TMZ. Ye will transfer the title to Kim.
Remember that Kanye claimed he purchased the home to be near his children, but since the divorce settlement stipulates that they will both have equal contact to the children, he decided to give it up as part of their agreement.
According to the agreement, Kanye will also retain ownership of his $60 million beachfront property in Malibu, two ranches in Wyoming, 300 acres in Calabasas, a residence in Belgium, and the house he grew up in and purchased in Chicago.
They will split the cost of the children’s schooling and security, while Kanye will pay $200k per month in child support.
Kim will keep her $60 million Hidden Hills residence, her Idaho property, and her home with the kids.
